Afterburner, Inc. Teams with Daiichi Sankyo's Pharmaceutical Leadership Team to Execute American Market Strategy
Afterburner Selected to Implement Flawless Execution Training Development Program
Atlanta, GA - January 11, 2011 -
Afterburner, Inc., a leading team building, training, and consulting firm and the global authority on the Flawless Execution model, has been selected by Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the major top-twenty global pharmaceutical company Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd., to train its pharmaceutical leadership team in the Flawless Execution strategy. Based in Tokyo, Daiichi has a presence in Europe and Asia, and is further expanding in the American market. Afterburner will implement a training development program to assist the company as it enters the market.
A 100-year-old organization, Daiichi Sankyo currently maintains the most European affiliates of any Japanese pharmaceutical company. Looking to expand beyond its current market, the company viewed America as ideal for its rapid expansion. Daiichi Sankyo determined that it would seize the opportunity that the American market presented, and looked to Afterburner to work with Daiichi's existing pharmaceutical leadership team to deliver the Flawless Execution training development program.
"We are pleased that Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. has selected Afterburner to assist in its American market strategy, and has recognized the value that the Flawless Execution method delivers to corporate performance - both nationally and internationally," said Jim "Murph" Murphy, founder and CEO of Afterburner. "We are engaging in an in-depth training development program encompassing the entire pharmaceutical leadership team, and plan to visit the company's sites across the U.S. until we have delivered Flawless Execution training to the entire group."
