Don is a global expert on strategy & execution. He is a senior lecturer in the technological innovation, entrepreneurship and strategic management group at the MIT Sloan School of Management where he teaches courses on competitive Strategy & Strategy Execution in Volatile Markets. Don earned his PhD at Harvard Business School and served as Professor of Strategy at the London School of Business for 10 years before moving to MIT Sloan School of Business.

Kelly is the Senior Executive responsible for the strategy of The Home Depot’s Home Services business including in-home sales installation, operations, customer contact centers, as well as contractor sourcing, onboarding, and compliance. She is also responsible for revenue and profitability for four Home Depot subsidiary businesses: HD Interiors, Home Renovations Services, HD Measurement Services and HD Exteriors. Kelly graduated from Georgia Tech with highest honors and first in her class, earning a B.S. in Industrial Management. In 2006, she was inducted into the Georgia Tech College of Management’s Council of Outstanding Young Alumni.

Mr. Larry Miller is currently serving his second term as President of the Jordan Brand at Nike and ranks #4 on the list of “The 25 Most Powerful People in Sneakers.” As one of the most influential people in sports, he leads the second-largest basketball shoe brand on earth and is a powerful advocate for Flawless Execution. He was also the President of the Portland Trail Blazers NBA franchise from 2007-2012.

Vice Admiral Bird is the Senior Vice President of Military Affairs for USAA and an advocate for Afterburner’s Military Transition Seminar. VADM Bird is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and has served on both fast attack and ballistic missile submarines in both Pacific and Atlantic fleets. His 45-year Navy career culminated in assignments as commander of the U.S. 7th Fleet and Director of the Navy Staff.

Sean founded a boutique advisory firm called Konsortium Capital Partners where he has offices located in Atlanta, GA and New York, NY. Sean specializes in leveraged acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalization, refinancing, debt workouts and restructuring. Prior to founding Konsortium Capital Partners, Sean served as the President & CEO of Fidelity and Co.

Tucker is a film producer and CEO of Tooley Productions LLC, where he independently produced television shows and feature films including the 2013 summer box-office hit We’re the Millers, which grossed $270 million worldwide.
