Spike’s professional background showcases his remarkable expertise and career journey. With 2500+ flight hours in diverse aircraft, including the F15E, T38A/C, T6, and Airbus A320, Spike demonstrates outstanding aviation proficiency. Commissioned through ROTC in 2010 with a Physics degree from Morehouse College, he became a First Assignment Instructor Pilot after pilot training at Columbus Air Force Base. Spike’s commitment to national defense is evident through combat experience, completing F15E Strike Eagle flight school, joining the 335th Fighter Squadron, and deploying for Operation Inherent Resolve.
As Director of Operations for the 2nd Fighter Training Squadron, he excelled in leadership, overseeing adversary air replication for the F22 Formal Training unit. Additionally, he continues to serve in the Florida Air National Guard, collaborating closely with NORAD & U.S. Northern Command in homeland defense.
